Electrical Engineer

About the role

Aether Renova, a Nepali clean energy group, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the Dhalkebar Solar Power Project. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery on site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities involving developers, contractors, site teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, resource allocation, and recovery plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review and manage project documentation, reports, records, approvals, variations, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders and resolve project‑related issues.
• Oversee project execution through commissioning, testing, handover, close‑out, and final documentation.
• Prepare regular progress reports and support management in project planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the energy, infrastructure, construction, or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of solar power projects, grid infrastructure, QA/QC, and HSE practices is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to be based full‑time at the project site.
