Branch Associate – Budhabare

About the role

The Branch Associate will oversee daily operations at the Budhabare branch, ensuring smooth coordination between riders, regional managers, and delivery hubs. This role is pivotal for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing cash on delivery, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Add resources (riders) as needed and travel to any location for operational support.
• Maintain daily communication with riders and the Regional Manager to ensure alignment.
• Conduct daily inventory tallies and report status to the Regional Manager.
• Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) collections, resolve discrepancies, and flag risks.
• Monitor rider and branch performance against KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Analyze weekly costs versus revenue, preparing rider payment reports.
• Ensure same‑day delivery of goods received at the branch and proper documentation for undelivered items.
• Perform daily Proof of Delivery (POD) checks and cross‑verify delivered packets.
• Lead regular huddles with riders to address issues and improve communication.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory and COD management.
• Ability to analyze cost data and generate actionable reports.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders.
