About the role

The Branch Associate will oversee daily operations at the Lumbini branch, ensuring smooth coordination between riders, regional managers, and delivery hubs. This role is pivotal for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing cash‑on‑delivery transactions, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and add riders as needed to meet demand.
• Maintain daily communication with riders and the Regional Manager.
• Conduct daily inventory tallies and report status to the Regional Manager.
• Verify cash‑on‑delivery collections, resolve discrepancies, and flag risks.
• Monitor rider and branch performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Analyze weekly costs versus revenue and prepare rider payment reports.
• Ensure same‑day delivery of received goods and proper documentation for undelivered parcels.
• Perform daily proof‑of‑delivery checks and cross‑verify records.
• Lead regular huddles with riders to address issues and improve communication.
• Travel to any location as required to support operations.
