Brand Manager – Electronics & Commercial

About the role

The Brand Manager – Electronics & Commercial will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key sellers on the Daraz platform, driving growth across both first‑party and marketplace portfolios. You will collaborate with sellers and brands to plan and execute promotional activities across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with managed sellers to achieve sustained business growth.
• Plan and execute promotions on Daraz App, Meta, Google Display Network and offline channels.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct market visits and onboard new products and sellers with the BD team.
• Ensure seller compliance with operational KPIs such as campaign submission, program participation, order processing, customer query response and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct monthly performance meetings with sellers, share insights and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Logistics, Gen‑Ops and regional leads.
• Perform regular offline market visits to stay abreast of trends.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Valid driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
