Brand Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our bubble tea outlet. You will be the key driver of sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily activities of the outlet, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Supervise, motivate and coordinate baristas, service staff, cashiers and other employees.
• Track and analyse core KPIs such as sales, average order value, product mix, wastage and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback, complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor daily consumption of tea, milk, pearls, syrups, toppings, fruits, packaging and other ingredients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in F&B, café, QSR, beverage or retail outlet operations.
• Previous roles such as Outlet Manager, Store Manager, Café Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader or Senior Barista are advantageous.
• Experience in bubble tea or specialty beverage operations is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong inventory management capabilities.
