Indo-Chinese Chef – Full-time in Khumaltar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Indo‑Chinese Chef to join our kitchen in Khumaltar, Lalitpur. The role involves preparing a variety of Indo‑Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Indo‑Chinese starters, noodles, fried rice, sauces, gravies and main courses.
• Ensure consistent taste and quality across all dishes.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Control portion sizes and presentation for each plate.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Indo‑Chinese cuisine.
• Experience in reputed hotels, restaurants or institutional kitchens is an advantage.
• Good teamwork, discipline and a professional attitude.
