About the role

Cubit, a technology company focused on software development, AI, and digital transformation, is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Assistant to support its growth initiatives. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in client outreach, market research, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
• Generate and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
• Assist with client outreach, follow‑ups, and meeting coordination.
• Maintain CRM records and business documentation.
• Support proposal writing, presentations, and business reports.
• Help manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
