Business Development Associate – Website & Digital Marketing

About the role

Delta Creation is looking for a confident, high‑energy Business Development Associate to drive client growth for its website design and digital marketing services across the Kathmandu Valley. The role blends face‑to‑face networking, market research and AI‑assisted proposal creation to position the company as a premier digital partner.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in‑person meetings, presentations and sales pitches with business owners and managers throughout Kathmandu Valley.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through regular follow‑ups and proactive account management.
• Represent Delta Creation at local exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events and business hubs to increase visibility.
• Log, track and manage leads, meeting notes and deal stages using CRM tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Research local industries, prospective clients and competitor strategies to create targeted prospect lists.
• Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to analyse businesses, draft custom proposals and prepare tailored pitch decks.
• Drive sales conversations from initial contact to deal closure, negotiating confidently and gathering client feedback to refine service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in direct sales, client acquisition or business development.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24 or Notion.
• Excellent face‑to‑face communication, negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Nepali.
• High self‑confidence, professional presence and a proactive mindset.
• Basic understanding of website development, social media and digital marketing services.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Kathmandu Valley for client visits.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of NPR 20,000 – NPR 30,000, based on experience.
• Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off).
