Business Development & Client Relations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Client Relations Officer to support our sales operations, tender processes, and client coordination. The role combines business development activities with client relationship management to drive growth and ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs.
• Develop client proposals, presentations, and PowerPoint decks.
• Coordinate AMC renewals and maintain contract records.
• Assist with LC, TT, and bank coordination for international payments.
• Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and coordinate content.
• Coordinate invoicing, payment follow‑ups, and collections.
• Prepare project, budget, and hours utilization reports.
• Verify timesheets and coordinate monthly billing with technical teams.
• Liaise between clients, technical teams, and finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relations or a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance is a plus.
• Experience with government tenders or the IT industry is advantageous.
