Business Development & Events Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Events Executive to drive growth through new client acquisition, sponsorship deals, and the delivery of high‑quality events. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, relationship management and event execution, and will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually compelling proposals, presentations and pitch decks for prospective clients and sponsors.
• Identify, approach, negotiate and onboard new clients, strategic partners and sponsorship opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hospitality partners, sponsors and industry stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept to completion, managing pre‑event, on‑site and post‑event activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to ensure exceptional event experiences.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and produce performance reports with actionable insights.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, account management and upselling.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and business pitches.
• Manage follow‑ups on proposals, contracts, invoices and payment collections.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, event management or sponsorship acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling multiple projects.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
