Sales Lead

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Lead to lead our sales initiatives, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for Kalash Services, a leading BPO company in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and business development team to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales or business development experience; BPO/ITES experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform under targets.
