National Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a National Growth Manager to drive sales growth, market expansion, and distribution excellence across Nepal. The role will develop and execute the national sales and business growth strategy while leading regional sales teams and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers and key trade partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the national sales and business growth strategy.
• Achieve national sales targets, revenue, volume, market share and profitability.
• Lead and coach regional sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
• Expand and strengthen the distributor, dealer and key‑account network.
• Identify new markets, channels and business opportunities throughout Nepal.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability and distribution coverage.
• Prepare management reports, review regional performance and take corrective actions.
• Manage sales budgets, trade schemes, promotional activities and commercial expenses.
• Build and maintain relationships with modern trade, institutional customers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FMCG sales and distribution experience.
• Proven experience managing national sales operations or multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management, trade marketing and market expansion.
• Demonstrated record of achieving large sales targets and leading sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
