Business Development Executive – AI/ML Solutions

About the role

Palm Mind AI is seeking a full‑time Business Development Executive to drive growth of its AI and machine‑learning solutions in Kathmandu. You will identify new opportunities, generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle for cutting‑edge technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AI/ML sector.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through proactive outreach.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, from proposal shaping to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor proposals.
• Conduct market research and prepare sales presentations and pitches.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and contribute to revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business development and lead‑generation experience.
• Background in business development or account management, preferably in technology or AI/ML services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities and meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
