Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to generate high‑quality opportunities for our U.S. sales team. You will identify target companies, connect with key decision‑makers and run personalized outbound campaigns while collaborating with the Director of Growth & Operations to refine messaging and targeting.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies and decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain high‑quality prospect lists.
• Execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Test and optimise messaging and targeting to improve engagement.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the U.S. sales team.
• Research relevant industry associations and events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect data.
• Track outreach performance and document best practices.
• Partner with the Director of Growth & Operations on growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development or outbound prospecting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with U.S. or other Western markets.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overlapping hours with U.S. Mountain Time.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
