Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑oriented Business Development Executive to accelerate growth of our technology solutions portfolio. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the sales cycle for Data Center, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, and Managed Services offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Understand client business and technical requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
• Support solution costing, BOM preparation, pricing, and proposal development.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Manage leads, sales pipelines, and opportunity updates through CRM/EMS.
• Attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Cloud, Data Center, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, dashboards, and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in Data Center Solutions, Cloud Services, IT Infrastructure, or Managed Services is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
