Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a target‑oriented Business Development Officer to join Hajir HR Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The position is full‑time and focuses on B2B sales of HRMS, ERP, accounting and other SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for expanding the client base and turning sales opportunities into revenue. The role requires regular travel to client sites across the region, so a valid two‑wheeler license is mandatory. Candidates must be self‑motivated, goal‑driven and comfortable presenting and negotiating with prospects.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
• Possession of a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented mindset

Required skills

• Experience with HRMS platforms
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Understanding of IT/SaaS solutions
