Business Development Officer – Vending & Beverage Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Officer will join Nepal Vending’s sales team in Kathmandu, focusing on expanding the market for vending machines, coffee solutions and related consumables across Nepal. This full‑time, on‑site position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and driving revenue growth for the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets for vending and beverage solutions.
• Generate, manage and follow up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, institutional and other B2B clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and vending‑machine demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable vending and beverage solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and other business documents.
• Perform market research, monitor competitors, industry trends and new opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery and installation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
