Clinic Supervisor

About the role

The Clinic Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position at Samaj Dental Hospital in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The role oversees daily clinic operations, coordinates patient flow, and ensures that front‑desk and clinical support teams deliver courteous, timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations, staff performance, and duty rosters.
• Manage patient appointments, online bookings, and ensure accurate medical records.
• Monitor and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and essential supplies.
• Handle daily bank deposits, store inventory, and laboratory work records.
• Oversee infection control, sterilization, and cleaning procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily patient flow and collection reports to management.
• Coordinate dental camps with schools, colleges, banks and follow up post‑event.
• Collect patient feedback, develop referral relationships, and address grievances.
• Coordinate clinic licensing, renewal activities, and liaise with the Accounts Department for audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and own bike are mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience using office software.
