Assistant Pharmacist / Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused and responsible Assistant Pharmacist/Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team. The role combines personalised customer care, safe dispensing, OTC counselling, and support for skincare and wellness product advice while ensuring smooth daily pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent, personalised customer service and product recommendations.
• Support safe dispensing and deliver appropriate OTC counselling within regulatory guidelines.
• Understand common skincare concerns, product ingredients and recommend suitable routines.
• Maintain strong knowledge of pharmacy, skincare, beauty, wellness and healthcare products.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with billing, inventory management, merchandising and daily store operations using IMS software.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory records.
• Ensure the pharmacy/store is clean, organised and welcoming.
• Oversee proper handling, storage and presentation of pharmacy and retail products.
• Lead the team, monitor daily operations, staff performance, inventory and customer‑service standards.
• Uphold high standards of professional ethics, integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
