Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience and supporting customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with customers and ensure timely responses.
• Develop good knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requirements.
• Maintain customer records and follow‑up details.
• Prepare basic reports and updates related to customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: +2 or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, relationship management, sales, or a similar role.
• Customer‑focused, confident, polite, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Required skills

• Good spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to explain product features clearly.
• Strong follow‑up and problem‑solving skills.

What we offer

• Salary range NPR 25,000 – 30,000 per month, based on experience.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Location: Budanilkantha.
