Customer Retention Representative – Door-to-Door & Phone

About the role

DishHome is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join its ISP Customer Retention team. The role combines outbound phone calls and door‑to‑door field visits to persuade customers who intend to cancel their internet service to stay.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to churn‑risk customers, identify concerns, and present approved retention offers.
• Conduct scheduled door‑to‑door visits in an assigned territory, diagnose basic service issues, and close retention deals on the spot.
• Handle objections, complaints, and escalations professionally while coordinating with technical and billing teams.
• Update CRM records accurately, capture visit proof, and report daily outcomes and conversion results.
• Achieve daily call, field visit, and monthly retention targets set by the team leader.

Required profile

• Minimum +2 / Intermediate qualification; freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Physical fitness and willingness to travel daily within an assigned zone.
• Valid driving licence (or two‑wheeler) and basic smartphone proficiency for field apps.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS 365.
• Experience using CRM applications for record‑keeping and follow‑up.
• Proficiency with smartphone apps for route check‑in, photo capture, and data entry.
