Front Desk Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive with strong communication skills, a customer‑focused attitude, and good knowledge of MS Word and Excel. The role involves handling walk‑in customers, supporting internet package enquiries and providing first‑level technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in customers and provide professional front desk support.
• Assist customers with internet packages, billing, renewals, account status and services.
• Manage cash, bill entries, daily bank deposits and reconciliation.
• Create and manage customer support tickets and follow up on pending issues.
• Coordinate with technical and field teams for timely issue resolution.
• Provide first‑level support for internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi and router‑related issues.
• Follow up on renewals, installations and support requests.
• Handle customer escalations and support retention activities.
• Promote package upgrades and value‑added services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality customer service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Pleasing and professional personality.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Customer‑service‑oriented attitude with good coordination skills.
