About the role

DOOLWA Camps & Resorts is seeking a motivated Demi Chef De Partie to join its kitchen team in Naurikot, Mustang. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the delivery of high‑quality, memorable meals for guests staying in the resort’s glamping accommodations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality.
• Prepare menus, coordinate food supplies and control budgeting expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, dietary restrictions and HACCP standards.
• Supervise food preparation, plating for à la carte and buffet service.
• Attend operational meetings and follow up on action points.
• Maintain inventory control, portion management and minimise food waste.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a hotel, resort or camp kitchen, preferably as a Demi Chef De Partie.
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Interest in outdoor, experiential hospitality.
