Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring their marketing objectives are met through strategic planning, content creation, and campaign execution. You will build long‑term relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver performance insights that drive client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, understanding goals and expectations.
• Develop monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and creative concepts.
• Review and approve content for accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Manage social media publishing schedules and monitor engagement metrics.
• Support Meta advertising activities, including audience targeting, budget oversight, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, videographers, influencers, and external vendors.
• Track deliverables, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly and campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance content creation, research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or social media client servicing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate with creative teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting.
