Engineer Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer Sales Officer to drive new commercial, industrial and institutional projects in the air‑conditioning sector. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, contractors, builders, owners and facility managers to generate sales opportunities and expand our dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new projects by developing relationships with architects, contractors, builders, owners, facility managers and management companies.
• Recruit, maintain and develop qualified dealers within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trade schemes, preparing regular reports.
• Conduct site surveys with technicians, estimate requirements and propose consultative sales solutions.
• Prepare quotations, costings and technical data for customers.
• Create sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Conditioner/VRV/VRF sales (B2B or dealer sales).
• Valid driving licence and own two‑wheeler vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management preferred; engineering degree with sales experience also acceptable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
