Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our outlets in Kathmandu. In this full-time, on-site position you will ensure smooth daily operations, high service standards and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise staff, create and manage work schedules.
• Monitor inventory, procurement and stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and food-safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and pricing.
• Manage budgets, control costs and prepare basic financial reports.
• Design and deliver training programmes for team members.
• Work with senior leadership to improve service quality, sales and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food service and food-and-beverage outlet management.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to handle feedback professionally.
• Experience training, coaching and supervising staff.
• Practical knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Relevant hospitality or restaurant management background; diploma or degree in hospitality, business or related field is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with food-safety, hygiene regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
