GEO Lead

About the role

The GEO Lead will drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI‑search visibility strategies for multiple client brands. You will enhance how brands appear in AI‑driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot while maintaining a solid traditional SEO foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute GEO and AI‑search visibility strategies across client accounts.
• Analyse LLM outputs to identify gaps in brand mentions, citations, and entity signals.
• Create and maintain structured prompt libraries for various search intents.
• Track AI visibility metrics, competitor performance, and produce regular performance reports.
• Align content, digital PR, backlinks and topical authority with GEO objectives.
• Conduct supporting SEO activities including keyword research, on‑page, technical and backlink analysis.
• Guide junior and mid‑level SEO/GEO executives and review deliverables for quality.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of SEO, GEO or digital‑marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong practical understanding of AI‑powered search, LLMs, entity optimization and AI citations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent analytical, research, reporting and communication skills.
