Social Media Content Creator (Part‑time, Kathmandu)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can turn ideas, products, and business stories into engaging content that connects with the right audience. This part‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content ideas for multiple social media platforms.
• Produce short‑form videos, reels, TikToks, promotional videos and graphics.
• Maintain a social media content calendar and write engaging captions, hooks and headlines.
• Research current trends, formats, sounds, hashtags and adapt content accordingly.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers and conversions.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and developers to produce cohesive content.
• Participate in photoshoots, video shoots and on‑camera interviews when required.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media or related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with ability to write engaging captions.

Required skills

• Video editing with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Graphic design using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
