Brand Manager – Insurance

About the role

The company seeks an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and integrated campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth within the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and activation campaigns.
• Manage strategic partnerships with media, creative, and digital agencies to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Digital, and Corporate Communication to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, brand metrics, and marketing ROI, reporting to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the brand/marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or a related sector is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation abilities.
