About the role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager – Brand & Marketing to lead brand building, create trends, and turn ideas into impactful customer experiences in Kathmandu.
Key responsibilities
- Develop brand strategies and create impactful marketing campaigns.
- Lead social media, content creation, storytelling, and creative direction.
- Manage store branding, visual merchandising, and product launches.
- Drive customer engagement, loyalty, and brand awareness.
- Plan events, promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with Retail, Sales, E‑commerce, Creative, and Merchandising teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, sales conversion, and marketing ROI.
- Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and campaign execution.
