HR & Admin Manager – Manufacturing (Butwal)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources and administrative functions within its manufacturing operations in Butwal. The role combines strategic HR planning with day‑to‑day administration to ensure a compliant, efficient, and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave management.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with labour regulations and company standards.
• Manage employee relations, performance management processes and support staff development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to maintain a smooth office environment, including facilities, supplies and general office services.
• Assist senior management with HR planning, workforce forecasting and employee engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese labour regulations and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously and work collaboratively with management.
