Inbound and Outbound Tour Officer

About the role

Lucky Holidays is looking for a motivated Inbound and Outbound Tour Officer to plan, coordinate and manage both domestic and international tour packages. The role involves handling customer inquiries, liaising with travel suppliers and ensuring a seamless travel experience from booking to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound travel package inquiries via phone, email and walk‑in.
• Design, customize and prepare itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides and other partners to arrange travel services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices and booking confirmations.
• Process reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing and related services.
• Assist clients with visa documentation, travel insurance and other requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and corporate clients.
• Resolve customer concerns before, during and after travel.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, airline policies, visa regulations and destination information.
• Promote company tour packages and help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular booking and sales reports.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Passion for travel, tourism and delivering high‑quality service.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in tour operations or travel agency environment.
