About the role

Himalayan Java Coffee is looking for a motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of its Kathmandu coffee outlet. This mid‑level position focuses on delivering top‑notch service, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving the outlet’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the business performance of the outlet.
• Analyze sales data and plan profitability targets.
• Coordinate restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Train, manage, and motivate staff members.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage cash drawers and petty cash.

Required profile

• Motivated and experienced professional.
• Mid‑level experience in outlet or restaurant management.
• Strong ability to oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence.
• Capability to lead and develop a team.
