Hotel Contracting Manager

About the role

Sita World Travel (Nepal) is looking for an experienced Hotel Contracting Manager to strengthen our relationships with hotels and optimise our accommodation offerings. This role will play a key part in securing competitive rates and ensuring seamless integration of contracts into our booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotels and accommodation providers to secure competitive rates and favourable contract terms.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities for rate negotiation and contract optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracted rates are accurately reflected in our booking systems.
• Prepare and present proposals to hotel partners, highlighting mutual benefits and value propositions.
• Monitor and evaluate contract performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
