International Sales Development Manager (Player‑Coach)

About the role

Zegal, a fast‑growing international SaaS provider for contract automation and workflow management, is looking for an International Sales Development Manager to lead its outbound sales effort in Nepal. This player‑coach position combines hands‑on prospecting with team leadership, reporting directly to the CEO and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target international schools and education groups across Asia.
• Conduct high‑quality outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision‑makers.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the senior sales team.
• Coach, manage and develop a junior Business Development Representative (BDR), with the aim to expand the team.
• Design multi‑channel prospecting campaigns and continuously improve them.
• Maintain accurate contact, activity and opportunity data in HubSpot.
• Produce weekly performance reports and track pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales development, outbound sales or business development.
• Previous experience coaching or supervising salespeople.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence speaking to senior international customers.
• Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through cold‑calling and outbound activity.

What we offer

• Base salary of NPR 130,000 per month plus uncapped commission, total earnings up to NPR 200,000 per month.
