Logistics & Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Executive coordinates procurement, import documentation, logistics operations and related administrative tasks to keep business processes running smoothly. This position requires strong organisational abilities, a solid understanding of supply‑chain procedures and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain associated documentation.
• Handle Proforma Invoices (PI) and ensure the accuracy of import‑related paperwork.
• Manage Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and follow‑up on approvals.
• Coordinate food‑department activities, including requests, pending approvals and sample drops.
• Plan and oversee truck placement and clearance to guarantee timely delivery and dispatch.
• Support end‑to‑end supply‑chain and logistics operations.
• Perform accounting‑related tasks as assigned by the department.
• Draft official letters, government correspondence and other business documents.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on logistics and supply‑chain activities.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, transporters and government authorities.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Knowledge of Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices and Letters of Credit.
• Good understanding of supply‑chain management and logistics operations.
• Experience with food‑department documentation is an advantage.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Nepali typing (Unicode/Preeti).
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of 25,000 (local currency) plus a fuel allowance of 5,000.
• Requirement: two‑wheeler vehicle holder with a valid licence.
• Location based in Battisputali.
