MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated MEP Engineer to join our construction team in Pokhara. You will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and coordinate MEP systems according to project specifications.
• Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documents.
• Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑fighting and other mechanical systems.
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural and architectural teams.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with drawings, quality and safety standards.
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues and monitor project progress.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and handover of MEP systems.
• Maintain site reports, inspection records and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on MEP experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
