Multi-Destination Counsellor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Multi‑Destination Counsellor to guide students through every step of their study‑abroad journey. The role involves advising on course and university selection, financing options, visa processes and coordinating applications with partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice on courses, universities and career pathways across multiple destinations.
• Explain fee structures, scholarship opportunities and financing options to students.
• Assist students in understanding visa requirements and support them through the visa application process.
• Manage end‑to‑end application procedures with partner institutions, ensuring timely submission of documents.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application status and related documentation.
• Build strong relationships with students to deliver a seamless advisory experience.
• Collaborate with the counselling and support team to achieve organisational and student goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, study‑abroad advising or international education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with a diverse student clientele and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail and willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
