Multimedia Designer and Video Editor Intern

About the role

Join Growth Lab Inc as a full‑time, on‑site Multimedia Designer and Video Editor Intern in Kathmandu. You will support the creation of engaging multimedia content for web and social media, working closely with designers, developers, and marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Edit marketing videos, add transitions, synchronize sound, and apply basic animation.
• Create motion graphics and visual assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Design graphics and layouts for social media, landing pages, and online campaigns.
• Organise and maintain media asset libraries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate project briefs into compelling visuals.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and support campaign launches.

Required profile

• Enrollment in or completion of a multimedia, design, communication, or IT program (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to interpret feedback.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A portfolio showcasing design and video work is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics.
• Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic creation.
• Understanding of web design principles to optimise visuals for online platforms.
