Office Runner (On-site)

About the role

The Office Runner at Cyberpeak Innovations supports daily operations in our Kathmandu office by handling internal and external document deliveries, managing supplies, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that materials move quickly and accurately across departments and to partner locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver documents, parcels, and equipment between departments and to external partners in a timely manner.
• Organise and replenish office supplies, ensuring workstations are stocked.
• Perform simple clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
• Coordinate with service providers for deliveries, maintenance, and other logistical needs.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and support event set‑up when required.

Required profile

• Basic administrative and organisational abilities, including document handling and record‑keeping.
• Strong time‑management, reliability and the capacity to prioritise multiple errands.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and external contacts.
• Familiarity with Kathmandu’s local routes and basic navigation skills.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and attention to detail, especially with confidential items.

Required skills

• Basic literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
