About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Operational Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our retail outlets. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on efficiency, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily store operations.
- Ensure smooth inventory, stock control, and merchandising.
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales departments.
- Monitor sales performance and implement operational improvements.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
- Preference given to candidates with area‑manager experience in retail or FMCG.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
