Operations Executive – Event & Logistics Coordination

About the role

The Operations Executive will lead on‑ground activations, events and marketing campaigns in Kathmandu, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination of logistics, manpower and production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute on‑site events, booth setups, LED displays and OOH advertising installations.
• Supervise promoters and temporary staff, monitoring attendance, performance and compliance with company policies.
• Obtain municipal, venue and advertising permits, maintaining accurate documentation and liaising with local authorities.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, providing regular updates, photos, videos and status reports.
• Collect project data, prepare daily and post‑event reports, and recommend operational improvements.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Coordinate with production teams to guarantee quality fabrication and timely delivery of branding materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, event management, logistics or field coordination (fresh graduates with strong field exposure may be considered).
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid motorcycle driving licence.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the Kathmandu Valley as needed.
