Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our Kathmandu office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective travelers, introducing them to our spiritual journeys, trekking adventures and cultural tours across Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email and messaging platforms to present our tour packages.
• Qualify prospects, understand their travel preferences and budget, and recommend suitable itineraries.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track interactions and update lead status.
• Follow up on inquiries, nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the operations team to finalize bookings, prepare quotations and ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside/outbound sales, preferably in travel, tourism or adventure sectors.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu and adapt working hours during peak seasons.
• Fluency in English; Nepali language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in email communication and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
