About the role
We are looking for an Outlet Assistant to join our retail team in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur. The role involves supporting daily store operations, assisting customers, and helping drive sales. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure a welcoming environment and smooth transaction flow.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their visit.
- Promote and sell products, meeting daily sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Process billing, handle basic cash transactions, and operate the POS system.
- Support stock arrangement and replenish shelves when needed.
- Assist with inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Good communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to keep the store organized.
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible store hours.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately.
Required skills
- Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
