Part‑time Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

Kalash Services is looking for part‑time Customer Service Representatives to work on‑site at its call centre in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. You will join a dynamic team that supports an Internet Service Provider, handling inbound and outbound interactions across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and service requests via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and billing.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
• Contribute to a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in IT or any technical field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and basic technical abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Flexibility to work any of the offered shifts.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Own vehicle for commuting.
