Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Kathmandu. The role supports the end‑to‑end procurement process, from cost calculation to shipment tracking, ensuring smooth operations and avoiding stockouts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare landed cost sheets and consignment costing reports.
• Support procurement operations including purchase order tracking, documentation and coordination with Finance and Logistics.
• Track shipments and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct market visits and produce competitor and product comparison reports.
• Coordinate spare‑parts procurement and service‑centre deliveries.
• Maintain MRN sheets and assist with claim documentation for product schemes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of import costing and procurement processes.
• Experience with logistics coordination and shipment tracking.
