Production Specialist

About the role

We are launching Nepal's first denim brand built the right way and need a hands‑on Production Specialist to lead the factory floor. You will be the bridge between design and finished product, ensuring smooth operations from raw material to final wash.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end factory operations, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute production plans that respect real sourcing constraints.
• Apply dev‑to‑bulk denim expertise, including washes, construction, and finishing processes.
• Build and mentor a production team where none currently exists.
• Implement rigorous quality‑control procedures to prevent any sloppy output.
• Introduce technology solutions to move the workflow beyond spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in apparel production.
• Proven ability to diagnose and fix factory‑floor issues quickly.
• Passion for building systems rather than merely maintaining them.
• Willingness to relocate to Nepal or already be based there.

Required skills

• Denim manufacturing knowledge (washes, construction, bulk production).
• Production planning under sourcing constraints.
• Quality‑control implementation.
