Project Manager – Land Acquisition & Plant Setup

About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of new facilities, from land identification and acquisition through plant construction, equipment installation, testing and operational hand‑over.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project plans, budgets and timelines covering land acquisition, factory setup, process‑unit installation, procurement, testing, commissioning and operational transfer.
- Coordinate all project phases with contractors, consultants and internal departments, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Manage project budgets, control costs against approved estimates and lead post‑project reviews to identify improvements.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant project management.
- Master’s degree completed.
- Strong project management, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
