Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage our restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. You will act as the main point of contact, strengthen business relationships, and identify growth opportunities for both partners and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner queries, requirements, and day‑to‑day support.
• Monitor account performance, support promotional campaigns, and ensure accurate restaurant information.
• Identify and onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and contribute to commercial projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports, maintain interaction records, and conduct field visits as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
