Retail Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, result‑oriented Retail Sales Manager to lead our beauty product stores. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, motivating sales teams and driving revenue growth across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned retail outlets, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate and monitor performance of Sales Representatives.
• Set and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Track daily sales, conversion rates, customer feedback and store performance.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Maintain excellent customer service and strong relationships.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability.
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, cleanliness and store standards.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG or lifestyle products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work across New Baneshwor, Bhanimandal and Maharajgunj as needed.
